Public sharing of posts and wins: If you post in the community, we may share your posts, results, and wins in our marketing, using only your first name or initials unless you give us more consent. You can opt out or ask us to remove a shared post at any time by emailing [email protected].
We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta or TikTok pixels, to see how visitors use the Website and how our ads perform. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may collect device and usage data, such as pages viewed and actions taken. When we add them, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
How to opt out: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta and TikTok account settings, and use industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info or youradchoices.ca. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Website works.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health or financial account information, and we ask that you not share it in the community.

We only send you marketing emails if you have given us permission, for example by opting in through a form or pop-up, or as otherwise allowed by CASL (such as after a purchase). Every marketing email identifies us, includes our contact information, and has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or emailing [email protected], and we will process your request within 10 business days. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you transactional messages about your purchases, account, or membership.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising, except that if we add advertising pixels in the future (see Section 2A), this may count as "sharing" under some US state laws, and you can opt out as described there. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us and must protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Content you post in the Momentum community is visible to other members, and replays are visible to members. Please think before you share.
We are based in Canada, but our service providers, including GoHighLevel, store and process information on servers in the United States and possibly other countries. When your information is in another country, it is subject to that country's laws and may be accessed by its courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities. We use contracts and other measures to make sure our providers protect your information to a standard comparable to Canadian law. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers, where required.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it securely.
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, secure payment processing by our processor, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.
You can ask us to:
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

United States visitors (including California): Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct, or delete it, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for using your rights. We do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. These state laws may not apply to a business of our size, but we will honour reasonable requests anyway.
EU/UK visitors: If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. The bases we rely on are listed in Section 3.
